PLZ read and fallow the Z3x instructions very very carefully.

Also try this:
-Phone Powered Off.
-Connect the phone to  S7070 cable
-Power on the phone
-Type *#197328640#
-Go to [1]UMTS->[6]COMMON->[4]DIAG CONFIG and select [2]UART
-Reboot the phone
